The board of the New Shoes Foundation consists of:
Chairman
Jasper van Schie (1976)
Since 2002 catering entrepreneur in Delft. During the lockdowns in the corona period started delivering soup to lonely elderly people. There his social heart started to grow. Through a search for what help is all about he ended up in December 2023 at foundation Ervaring die Staat in Eindhoven and was involved in the first shoe action. He is a connector, organizer and a man of his word.

17 april 2025 – nu: Wimke Schuurmans (1981)
Na het afronden van Algemene Gezinspedagogiek is Wimke bij de Rijksoverheid gaan werken met als doel, beleid (beter) maken voor mensen. Ze heeft onder andere het programma ‘Eén tegen eenzaamheid’ opgezet en werkt nu, inmiddels vanuit een adviesbureau, vooral aan het thema bestaans(on)zekerheid. Daarnaast is ze sinds 2018 actief voor de gemeenteraad Delft als commissie lid.

Joris Oostelbos (1982)
Delft aircraft engineer who nowadays creates innovative (IT) solutions for healthcare. Extensive experience as an analyst and project leader in hospitals, the GGD and GGZ. Since 2020 language volunteer at Samenspraak of Gilde Delft.
